During our first year of dancing, we met Noel who was 84 and showed signs of dementia. During that year, he gained 4 inches in height and became sharp as a tack. We also saw 90 year-olds doing dance routines in competition. We were sold!

Unquestionably the best part of the whole dance experience has been getting to meet many new friends, both among our instructors and of course the many other students we have met in the past couple years. Mindy and I both feel very privileged to be part of Team Astaire and hope to continue for a long time to come.

I find I am continually being approached by people who comment on my great appearance and how slim and fit I'm looking.

Obviously without the quality of instruction I get at Fred Astaire's and the positive encouragement from the instructors, I wouldn't dance or feel the way I do.

Fun Fun Fun- What better reason than to do something FUN? Dancing is synonymous with laughter, which relieves stress, increases blood flow and a ton of other healthy things. Dancing, whether at the studio or in our kitchen, makes us laugh which makes us a happy couple.
