Keep Your Heart Light And Your Smile Wide With The Quickstep
The Quickstep is the upbeat, light-hearted member of the standard Ballroom dances. Partners can show off their Quickstep at either formal or informal events, with its slow foxtrot charm, combined with quick swing-dance style.
Evolving from the classic Foxtrot, the quickstep began in the 1920's in a simplistic form. Over time the dance evolved to one full of motion and movement around the dance floor. The more time passed, the more the quickstep became a dance, quite literally, of quick steps. It has continuously increased in complexity - but has never decreased in entertainment.

Improve Your Poise & Control: partners in the quickstep quickly learn to stay light on their feet, keeping control of their bodies and movements.
